Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hush, provided by Mobile AI ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Hush, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Hush service

Hush provides ambient sounds, sound-mixing tools, timers, saved scenes and mixes, and optional AI-generated sound features. Hush is intended for general wellness, relaxation, focus, and entertainment. It is not medical care and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Your account and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your device secure. You may use Hush only in compliance with applicable law. You must not interfere with the App, attempt to bypass subscription or Credit controls, reverse engineer the App except where law permits, or use AI sound generation to submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.

AI-generated sounds

When you create an AI sound, you are responsible for the prompt you submit. Generated output may vary and may not be available in every session. We may limit, refuse, remove, or regenerate content where necessary to operate the service, comply with law, or protect users and providers.

Hush Plus, Credits, and billing

Hush may offer auto-renewable Hush Plus subscriptions and Credits. Current price, billing period, and included benefits are shown before purchase in the App. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account Settings. Credits included with Hush Plus are subject to the applicable plan and may change when your subscription ends. Except where required by law or Apple's policies, payments are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

Hush, its software, design, sound library, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Hush for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Hush is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or that any soundscape or AI-generated sound will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobile AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Hush.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms or change Hush from time to time. If you continue to use the App after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. For questions, contact mobileai@outlook.com. Please also review our Privacy Policy.
