Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Mobile AI ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Hush (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account information. If you sign in with Apple, we receive the identifier provided by Apple and may receive your name or email address if you choose to share them.
• App and device information. We collect information needed to operate and secure the App, such as an app-specific user ID, device and operating-system details, app version, and basic diagnostic information.
• Your Hush content. We store the soundscapes, mixes, saved scenes, AI sound titles, and AI sound prompts that you choose to create or save.
• Purchase and entitlement information. When you use Hush Plus, we receive subscription status, product, transaction, and entitlement information from Apple and our subscription service provider. We do not receive or store your full payment-card information.

How we use information

• Provide sign-in, saved soundscapes, AI sound generation, Credits, and subscription access.
• Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App.
• Process and prevent fraud in connection with subscriptions and Credits.
• Respond to support requests and comply with applicable law.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers to operate Hush. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us. These providers include cloud database and storage providers, Apple for sign-in and in-app purchases, RevenueCat for subscription management, and ElevenLabs when you request AI sound generation. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Hush, our users, or others.

We do not sell your personal information or use your AI sound prompts for targeted advertising.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Hush, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can delete individual AI sounds in the App. You can request account deletion from the App's account settings; deleting an account removes or de-identifies associated account information subject to records we must retain for legal, security, or transaction purposes.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. To make a request or ask a privacy question, contact us at mobileai@outlook.com.

Children

Hush is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date.
